About Us
Chimichanga marks 10 years this year, having made its debut in 2016 with our first outlet in Little India. From the very beginning, we introduced a vibrant blend of Mexican flavours tailored to the Singaporean palate, what we fondly call Sing Mex. What started as a single casual restaurant has since grown into a family of concepts across the island and today stands as one of the first Latin restaurant chains born in Southeast Asia.

Today, the Chimichanga brand includes our sister brand Chimi’s, our quick-service concept Little Chimi’s at Mandai Wildlife East, and Chimichanga outlets in Holland Village, Paya Lebar Quarter and VivoCity, with Raffles City opening soon. Most recently, we unveiled Chimi’s Especial at Customs House, bringing modern South American flavours to the heart of Marina Bay.

At each location, a world of flavours awaits, from tacos and quesadillas to indulgent dishes like grilled octopus and wagyu. Our menus present our take on flavours from the Americas, inspired by Mexico, Venezuela and Peru. Pair your meal with handcrafted cocktails, signature Margaritas, and craft beers like our refreshing Neon Donkey, or experience Asia’s only destination for Venezuela’s exclusive agave spirit, Cocuy, available at Chimi’s Especial.
